Black Light Stain Detector can identify the location of mold, bacteria, urine, and many other contaminants. Many times there is an odor in a room, but it may not be clear where it is coming from. Black Light Stain Detector can help determine the location of an odor and make the remediation job easier. These professional ultraviolet lamps are designed to display ultraviolet light in long wave frequencies. Long wave UV light is required to find contaminants such as urine and mold.

Most cheaper UV lamps only display short wave frequencies which are not adequate to locate contaminants. All the lamps we sell feature long wave ultraviolet technology. Brightness intensity level is also important as low powered lamps can only find contaminants in a very small area. Cheaper ultraviolet lamps do not have the brightness levels required to find stubborn contaminants. Ultraviolet light is a natural component of the electromagnetic spectrum. It falls to the left of visible light with higher energy levels and wavelengths between 100 and 400 nm.
