Bayco Products is pleased to introduce the XPR-9850; the first intrinsically safe, cordless rechargeable LED worklight featuring both an area light and a flashlight in the same unit. This cordless worklight is a huge ergonomic improvement over existing low-output corded "explosion proof" lights and flashlights with limited run-times. This worklight is especially advantageous for aviation, aerospace and enclosed space hazardous environments.

The XPR-9850 is intrinsically safe and approved for use in Class I Division I C&D hazardous environments. In addition, this powerful hand-held light features intelligent switching operation using microprocessor-based electronics. The unit is encased in a body constructed of XENOY®, a non-conductive, engineered polymer specifically designed to withstand chemicals.

This light has a run time of nine hours on full power or eighteen hours at half power, and recharges in about three hours.

The powerful 6-Watt high-density LED area light throws a 100" circle from a distance of 10-ft in an 80-degree beam producing an output of 240 lumens. The focused 5-Watt high-density white LED flashlight produces 210 lumens from 10-ft resulting in a 50" circle with a 30-degree beam.

The Nickel Metal Hydride battery pack is charged from an external mountable charging platform. The charging unit will operate on any voltage from 100 to 240 volts AC, 50/60 Hz, and 12 volts DC, making this light truly international.
