These Energy Star qualified torchiere light fixtures are Instant Start/Instant Bright and with 3-way switches. If you prefer a little down light then consider the half glass shade.

These Torchiere Lights are perfect for Residential, Hotel/Motel and also Office/Retail interiors.

In keeping with the traditional look of an incandescent torchiere lamp the fluorescent bulbs are 2700°K and 3000°K which produce a warm tone to mimic the look of incandescent.

The 70 watt torchiere light is equivalent to 275 watt's of incandescent and produces 4,950 lumens. The fluorescent lamps have an average life of 10,000 hours.

Torchiere Lights adds general (ambient) light to your room. If you require additional reading light table, floor and desk lights can be used for this purpose.

What an easy way to draw attention to a specific area of any room. In larger rooms several torchiere lights may be used to create an appealing visual experience.

MaxLite Indoor/Outdoor Fixture Warranty
MaxLite warrants that its Indoor/Outdoor Fixtures to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 2 years from the date of delivery except for the bulb supplied, which is warranted for 1 year from date of delivery.

If MaxLite determines that the fixture or the bulb is defective within their respective warranty periods, MaxLite will at its option provide replacement products or parts.

This warranty is not applicable to any product sold by MaxLite which is not installed and operated in accordance with:
The National Electric Code (NEC)
The Standards for Safety of Underwriters Laboratories, Inc. (UL)
The Standards of the American National Standards Institute (ANSI)
The specific instructions supplied by MaxLite for the installation of the product(s)
This warranty is not applicable if the fixture is operated in abnormal operating conditions: minimum starting temperature 0°F, at a maximum operating temperature 100°F; not for use with dimmers, timers, motion sensors, or other control devices; operating out of the recommended operating voltage, excessive operating hours or switching cycles, improper installation, or dirty or cracked sockets.
Replacement of Product, Limit of Liability
The forgoing shall constitute the sole remedy of the purchaser and the sole liability of MaxLite. With regard to warranty MaxLite makes no other warranty, statutory or otherwise, and none is implied. No warranty of merchantability of fitness for a particular purpose is made or is to be implied.

MaxLite will not, under any circumstances be liable for special or consequential damages including, but not limited to, the loss of profits or revenue or good will, loss of use of ballasts or any other goods or equipment, or facilities, cost of capital or storage or inspection, cost of substitution equipment, downtime costs, or claims of customers or purchase from such damage.

LIMITED WARRANTY
This TCP product is warranted for a period of two years from date of original purchase against defects in materials and workmanship. If this product should fail to operate due to defects in materials or workmanship, simply return this product to the place of purchase or to TCP Service Center (address below) along with the original sales receipt within two years of purchase. This product will be repaired or replaced, at TCP's option. This warranty is expressly limited to repair or replacement of the product. This warranty gives the consumer specific legal rights, which vary from state to state. Light bulbs are not covered under this warranty.

WARRANTY IS VOID IF PRODUCT IS NOT USED FOR THE PURPOSE FOR WHICH THIS PRODUCT IS MANUFACTURED.
