FULL SPECTRUM LIGHTING IMPROVES EDUCATION

Specialists, who will help you assess your lighting needs and recommend the right Vita-Lite lamp for your facility.

To begin the relamping, we recommend that you choose a resource room, such as the library or a computer lab, to start your "Lighting Smart" program. Installing Vita-Lite in either of these rooms will allow you to see some immediate benefits. In the library, students are likely to report the Vita-Lite is a better light to see and read by. In computer rooms, they'll notice less glare on the VDT screens.

In addition, select a classroom hi which the teacher is in favor of improving the room's lighting and is willing to monitor the progress. Some key indicators will be:
  • Reduction in distraction
  • Improved classroom environment
  • Fewer complaints of eyestrain and fatigue
  • Decrease in absenteeism
After a suitable testing period, and after consulting with both teachers and students, you can suggest expanding the "Lighting Smart" program throughout the school. We at Duro-Test are confident that you will experience the same positive results as the many other schools and universities that relamped with Vita-Lite.
